How we handle the information you send us.
What we collect
The details you enter in the form: name, email and/or phone, country of residence, the work you are looking for, preferred destination countries, experience, languages, optional driving licence and car answers, availability and your optional message. We do not ask for date of birth, gender, ethnicity, ID numbers or documents.
Why we use it
Only to review your recruitment inquiry and to contact you about it. We do not use it for marketing, and your consent to be contacted is not combined with any marketing consent.
Who can see it
New form submissions are sent through Formspree, a third-party form service, which stores them and forwards them by email to the Work in Europe team's internal mailbox. Only authorised Work in Europe staff review them; they are never shown publicly. Inquiries sent before this change remain in our own secured database.
Technical data
Formspree processes your submission and network data under its own privacy policy and may use them for spam protection. Your language choice is saved in your browser. Your approximate country, as provided by our hosting network, may be used only to choose the website language — we do not store it.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your inquiry at any time through our Facebook page or Messenger.
